You tell us about your open position. This starts when you submit your job description or requisition. We build a complete position profile that includes all the details of the required and desired technical skills as well as things like compensation, benefits (if the position is a permanent one), assignment duration (if the position is contract), company culture, etc.
STEP TWO
You set a referral fee. This is the fee you will pay if you hire someone through our network. You are free to set this fee at whatever level you like (there is no minimum). You will only pay this fee if you hire someone you discover through our referral (the fee is not paid until after the person starts working for you). There are no up front or hidden costs. You decide what the fee will be and you only pay if we are successful.
STEP THREE
We use our technology to distribute your position profile to those members of our network who are best positioned to know people with the skills you are seeking. We focus on getting referrals from network members who are considered subject matter experts in the same areas as your open job. We believe that the most valuable referrals come from senior level professionals doing similar work because these are the people who are best positioned to know who the top performers are. Our huge referral network includes some of the best regarded and well connected engineers and scientists in the world.
STEP FOUR
Members of our network confidentially refer potential candidates with the skills you are seeking. The fact that our network members can make their referrals in confidence means that our members are comfortable submitting all the people they know who are most qualified for the position and not just those they know are actively looking to change jobs. Our researchers complete this list and build technical profiles for all potential candidates.
STEP FIVE
We thoroughly screen all referrals to confirm that their technical skills are a match, determine if they are interested in the position, find out if they are in the right salary range, and match them to our client's company culture. If everything checks out then we submit their resume to our client for review. You will only receive qualified candidates who are interested in interviewing for your position.
STEP SIX
We add value throughout your selection process until the position is filled. We are always available to answer questions, schedule interviews, provide references, etc. All activity can be tracked through our site and we provide a variety of flexible functionality and metrics at no additional cost.
