How much does it cost?
You decide what your referral fee will be. You are free to set this fee at whatever level you like (there is no minimum). There are no up front costs and you only pay if we are successful. It is free to list a referral fee with our network and you only pay that fee if you hire someone you discover through our referral. There are no additional charges.
Can recruiting agencies use the network?
No. Our referral network is predicated on the idea that qualified referrals are submitted directly to the companies doing the hiring. So no agencies or 3rd parties at this time.

Our global referral network consists of subject matter experts in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Members of our network confidentially refer people to us with the specific skills a client is looking for; the fact that referrals are confidential means our members base their referrals on who is best qualified and not just who they know is actively looking for a new job. We then directly contact all referrals and fully screen them to determine if they are interested in the position, meet all technical requirements, and are in the right salary range. If everything checks out, we forward our client the resume for review. We can also add value throughout the selection process by doing things like coordinating interview times and checking references.
